1-1/2 pounds chick peas
6 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup dried hot red peppers

1. Soak chick peas overnight.
2. Drain before using and rinse.
3. Put chick peas and garlic through meat grinder using
fine blade.
4. Add salt.
5. Soak red peppers in a cup of water five minutes.
6. Add the water and the seeds from the pepper pods to the
chick pea mixture.
7. Mix and shape into 1-inch balls.
8. Fry in deep fat at 375 degrees until golden brown,
about 10 minutes.
9. Drain well, using absorbent paper.
